Create a modern identity for a West Texas-based family of automotive dealerships.

Execution:

Gene Messer is a traditional family of automotive dealerships that is very proud of its Texas roots. When designing this logo, we knew it would be important to reflect this. The shape and colors of the “E” allude to the Texas flag, with the lone star featured prominently. A simple design allows the logo to blend seamlessly across the many different brand standards of the automotive family’s OEMs such as Ford, Kia, Chevrolet, and more.

A long-time supporter of Texas Tech athletics, Gene Messer also approached us for a large billboard concept near Texas Tech’s football stadium. We worked through many amazing concepts, ultimately landing on one that incorporated the beloved Masked Rider mascot that evoked a feeling of power and tradition.
